Niramaya

Niramaya Health Insurance Scheme offers affordable health insurance for persons with disabilities, covering a wide range of medical expenses including hospitalization, therapies, and ongoing treatments. It ensures access to quality healthcare with minimal documentation and no pre-existing condition exclusions.

Nutrition

Nutrition for children with disabilities in rural areas is crucial for their growth, development, and overall well-being. These children often face higher nutritional needs due to mobility issues, feeding difficulties, or chronic conditions, yet access to proper nutrition is limited by poverty.

UDID

Unique Disability ID (UDID) Card is a government-issued digital ID for persons with disabilities in India. It simplifies access to various benefits, schemes, and services by providing a single, nationwide identification and disability certificate. The UDID portal ensures transparency, efficiency, and ease of use for both individuals and service providers.

Special Education

Special Education for Children with Developmental Delays focuses on personalized learning strategies that support each child’s unique pace and needs. It includes tailored instruction, therapies, and adaptive tools to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, helping children build foundational skills for lifelong learning and independence.

Chandana

Kareema

1. May, 2025.

We are very happy with Kareema’s progress. Her drooling has gotten much better, and now she can chew and bite her food. She has started saying 'Ma,' 'De do,' and 'hmm' with meaning. Kareema can focus on activities for about 5 minutes now. She also asks for what she needs, like food, water, or toys, by saying 'De do.' Thank you for all the support given to Kareema.

Ramsha

1. May, 2025.

Ramsha is doing really well. She can hold her neck up now, and her hand skills have improved, she's started holding things. She has also started walking with a little support and can roll, creep, and crawl around. She can sit cross-legged with her hands helping her. Ramsha has started saying a few words like 'No,' 'hmm,' 'Ammi,' 'Appa,' and 'theek hai.' Her drooling has gotten better too, and now she points at things she wants. Thank you, GiftAbled, for the wonderful support that has helped my daughter improve so much.

Husain

1. May, 2025.

Husain has shown really good improvement in his physical skills. He can hold his head up well now, sit without much help, and get into a hands-and-knees position with just a little support. His hand movements have gotten much better, and he can stand leaning against a wall for about 10 minutes.
